Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the Blaugrana Nation App. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our App.

By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the App if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Community Guidelines and User Safety

By using any feature of the App that involves user-generated content (such as comments or chat), you agree to follow our Community Guidelines.

We do not tolerate any of the following:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Spam, scams, or misleading information
• Abuse, bullying, or harmful behavior
• Impersonation or deceptive identities

If you encounter abusive or inappropriate behavior, you may report the content or block the user directly within the app. We will take swift and appropriate action to protect our community, including warnings, content removal, or banning users.

By continuing to use the app, you acknowledge and agree to these standards of behavior.

User Content

In these Terms and Conditions, "User Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this App. By displaying your User Content, you grant the App a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media.

Your User Content must be your own and must not infringe on any third-party rights. You are fully responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at any time without notice if it violates our terms or community guidelines.

Users can report content or block other users within the app. We take all reports seriously and will review and take appropriate action, including removing content or banning accounts when necessary.

License Grant

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Ownership and Restrictions

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App. We reserve the right to revoke your access if you violate these terms.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchases through the App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are processed by the respective platform (Apple/Google), and their terms apply. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple/Google account settings.

Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time. To request account deletion, go to the Settings section in the app and click the "Delete Account" button. Note: Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate this Agreement.
• Your subscription/payment is not processed.
• We decide to discontinue the App.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or disruptions caused by your use of the App. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from errors or uninterrupted.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration unless otherwise required by law.

Apple and Google Terms Compliance

This Agreement is between you and the App, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App’s maintenance, support, or liability. Any issues must be directed to us.

Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new terms.
